Daffodil Captain Cup Golf Tournament was recently held at the Kurmitola Golf Club in Dhaka.
Around 600 amateur golfers from within and outside the country, including 15 from five overseas nations, participated in the three-day event.
Salman Khan emerged as the winner while Major Jakir Ahmed finished as runners-up in overall category.
Mrs Fatema Motiur became the ladies winner.
Chief of Bangladesh Army General S M Shafiuddin Ahmed distributed prizes among the winners at a gala event at the KGC auditorium at the end of the tournament.
