When and how did you start playing golf?
My golfing career started at the Bhatiary Golf Club in 2011. Then I joined the R&A in 2012.
What is your achievement in golf so far?
I haven’t been able to win a title yet, but I have finished second on at least 10-12 events out of the 20 I have played so far. One of those second-place finishes was in Nepal.
What is your golfing dream?
My dream is to play at the European Tour.

Who is your inspiration in golf?
I watch my buddies, my peers playing well and I think I can do the same.
Who are your favourite golfers at home and abroad?
Among the locals, Siddik bhai, Jamal bhai, Sohel bhai are my favourites. My personal coach Moti is also my favourite. Among the foreign players, Rory McIllroy is my favourite.
How are you preparing yourself for the Asian Games?
I’m doing hard practice to succeed.
What is your expectation in the Asian Games?
We’ll go there to win. If everyone prays for us, hopefully we will do well in Indonesia.
