The three-day tournament brought together many of the country’s leading professional and amateur golfers, offering spectators and golf enthusiasts an exciting display of competitive golf.
In the professional division, Jamal Hossain emerged champion after finishing 18-under par. Badal Hossain secured the runner-up position at 10-under par following another impressive performance.
In the amateur category, Rizvi Khan claimed the title by finishing two shots over par.
The closing and prize-giving ceremony was attended by General Waker-Uz-Zaman, President of the Bangladesh Golf Federation, as the chief guest. He presented trophies and prizes to the winners.
Special guest at the ceremony was Lieutenant General Mohammad Shaheenul Haque.
Among others present were Lieutenant General Khan Firoz Ahmed, Major General Md Masud Razzaq (Retd.), Major General Md Hasan-Uz-Zaman, Major General Md Hossain Al Morshed and Mostafizur Rahman.
During the ceremony, Mostafizur Rahman presented a brief overview of the activities and achievements of the BPGA Executive Committee for the 2024–2026 term.
Officials from Jolshiri Golf Club and other golf clubs across the country, BPGA sponsors, distinguished guests and members of the golfing community also attended the event.
The CAS Cup Professional Golf Tournament 2026 once again highlighted the growing standard of professional golf in Bangladesh and provided a competitive platform for the nation’s leading golfers.
