Trump Turnberry has unveiled a new ‘Scottish Resident’ rate for its acclaimed King Robert the Bruce course, giving local golfers the chance to experience one of the world’s top links layouts at a reduced green fee.
The King Robert the Bruce joined Golf Digest’s prestigious ‘World’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses’ ranking last year, standing alongside the resort’s legendary Ailsa course and cementing Trump Turnberry’s status as a premier golfing destination.
Designed by renowned architect Martin Ebert and opened in 2016, the par-72 championship course stretches 7,203 yards and is set against the backdrop of the historic Turnberry Castle, the reputed birthplace of King Robert the Bruce. Featuring gorse-lined fairways, contoured greens, and sweeping views of the Turnberry Lighthouse and Ailsa Craig, it offers a quintessential Scottish links experience.
Scottish residents can now book a fourball at a special rate of £500 per group, available daily after 2pm until 31 October 2025. Proof of residency is required.
The offer comes as the resort celebrates a wave of enhancements, including the summer reopening of the Ailsa course after major renovations and upgrades to the golf academy. The academy now boasts a state-of-the-art Trackman Range and Trackman iO Simulator, offering advanced ball-flight tracking and over 300 virtual courses soon to feature digital recreations of the Ailsa, King Robert the Bruce, and Arran layouts.

The King Robert the Bruce and Ailsa courses are joined by the Arran, currently undergoing renovation ahead of its 2026 reopening, and the Wee Links pitch-and-putt, ideal for families and beginners.
