Legends Return for Star-Studded ISPS HANDA Senior Open Tournament. A glittering field of golf legends is set to compete in the 39th edition of the ISPS HANDA Senior Open, taking place from July 23 to 27, 2025, on the historic Old Course at Sunningdale Golf Club. This star-studded championship will feature 16 Major Champions, 18 Senior Major winners, over 30 Ryder Cup and Presidents Cup players, and more than 100 champions from the DP World Tour and PGA TOUR.
Global icons such as Ernie Els, Pádraig Harrington, Bernhard Langer, José María Olazábal, Retief Goosen, Ángel Cabrera, and many more will tee it up, joined by former Ryder Cup captains Colin Montgomerie, Thomas Bjørn, and Paul McGinley. Defending champion K.J. Choi returns alongside past Senior Open winners Miguel Ángel Jiménez, Alex Čejka, Stephen Dodd, and Paul Broadhurst. Jiménez, fresh off a win at the Kaulig Companies Championship, is among the favorites, while first-time entrants like David Howell, Stephen Gallacher, Søren Kjeldsen, and Anthony Wall add new intrigue.
With ticket prices increased after 4 PM on Thursday, July 17, golf fans are urged to secure their passes to witness five days of elite competition at one of golf’s most iconic venues.
