My role involves managing SKU-level forecasting accuracy, ensuring alignment with revenue and margin objectives, and contributing to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) initiatives. I work closely with cross-functional teams across global markets to optimize supply chain efficiency and enhance market operations. I oversee supply and demand planning for key product categories, including Putters, Golf Balls, Packaging Sets, and Footwear across Europe. Some of the notable products I have worked on include the Ai One, Square to Square, DFX, Chipper, and Chrome Soft, ensuring their seamless availability in the market.
