The ABN SGCCP Night Golf Tournament 2026 concluded at Shaheen Golf and Country Club, Patenga, Chittagong. A total of 169 golfers, including 26 lady golfers, participated in the tournament.
The closing and prize distribution ceremony was held with Air Vice Marshal Md Abdullah Al-Mamun, Air Officer Commanding of BAF Base Zahurul Haque and President of Shaheen Golf and Country Club, Patenga, attending as the chief guest and distributing prizes among the winners. Sifat Ahmed Chaudhuri, Vice Chairman of ABN Formulation & Trading Limited, was present as the special guest.
Navin Anwar, Managing Director of ABN Formulation & Trading Limited, along with senior officials from the Bangladesh Army, Navy and Air Force, civil dignitaries, and participating golfers, also attended the ceremony.
Squadron Leader Md Fabe-Uz-Zaman clinched the championship title, while Lieutenant Commander Aminul Islam secured the Best Gross award. Md Gias Uddin finished as runner-up, followed by Commander Jabedur Rahim as second runner-up.
In the ladies’ category, Airen Sultana emerged as the winner, and Kamrun Nesa Ehsan claimed the Ladies Best Gross title. The Nearest to the Pin award was won by Squadron Leader Sadman Joy.
Organizers noted that the tournament was held in a vibrant and festive atmosphere, underscoring the steady growth of interest in golf among members of the armed forces and civilian golfers across the country.
