The 9th Dr. Fazlul Haque Colorectal Hospital Limited (DFCH) Federation Cup Golf Championship 2025 is teed off today at Kurmitola Golf Club, bringing together golfers from across the country. The two-day event will conclude tomorrow, September 17, with a grand closing ceremony.
A total of 133 golfers representing 17 golf clubs from across Bangladesh are competing in the tournament. The first round began at 7:00am today with the official tee-off.
The closing ceremony, scheduled for Wednesday, September 17, will be held at Kurmitola Golf Club, Dhaka Cantonment. Play will start at 7:00am and continue until 2:00pm, followed by the closing programme at 3:30pm. Lieutenant General Khan Firoz Ahmed, OSP, BSP, ndc, afwc, psc, Commandant of the National Defence College and Senior Vice President of the Bangladesh Golf Federation, will attend as the chief guest and present prizes to the winners.
